We’re seeking a highly motivated Host Account Manager to help our listed venues to get the most out of their listings with us and drive revenue growth for Tagvenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with our listed venues to improve their profiles on Tagvenue and help them attract the right type of clients

  • Maintain a high standard of venue profiles by checking profile quality and taking action when required

  • Improve our venue KPI’s by solving problematic venue manager cases and communicating effectively with our partners

  • Handle ongoing venue partner issues, answer questions, report bugs
  • Improve KPI’s of our search results by identifying top and bottom venue performers and optimising the order of results
  • Identify the best new venues in the UK and pass them to our sales team for onboarding

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

We’re seeking a rockstar Sales Manager to help us expand across the UK by acquiring new venues in new and existing cities.


Key responsibilities


  • Introduce our platform to venues in the UK (via email and telephone)
  • Help us build and maintain our venue acquisition strategy
  • Optimise the sales process in your department
  • Manage a small team of junior team members to help you achieve your goals
  • Run outbound email campaigns helping you reach more potential partners
  • Help our venue partners create industry leading venue profiles on Tagvenue
  • Prepare materials (guides and videos) that will improve the venue enrolment process


Requirements:

We’re seeking a rockstar Conversion Optimisation Specialist to help us further grow conversion rates and revenues.


WHAT WOULD YOU DO:

  • Be responsible for increasing the conversion rate of our traffic through various growth projects and a/b testing experiments

  • Identify and analyse user needs and problems

  • Create and deliver solutions to user needs and problems

  • Test new solutions: create test hypotheses, prototype and run AB tests to find improvements that deliver value to the business

  • Work with a team of experts (designers, copywriters, developers) and you will own the end-to-end implementation of your projects (including ensuring timely delivery, project management of all aspects of implementation, working with engineering team to ensure that the new solutions are delivered on time)

  • Manage product documentation, reporting and analysis

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • You have a proven track record in project management or UX or CRO – minimum 1 year

  • You have experience in shipping product features and optimizing features to improve user experiences

  • You have extensive experience in analysing customer on site behaviour and a proven track record of turning those insights into profitable features

  • You have a hunger to learn and continuously develop your skills

  • You find creative solutions to problems

  • You can persuade your audience to take action

  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail

We’re seeing an experienced “product problem solver” who has an obsessive appetite for market and customer information, and the ability to gather and analyse data to make informed decisions.

 

The successful candidate will be working closely with the founders as well as the team of developers and will be responsible for delivering new product features and UX enhancements. The role is a key hire and will offer the right candidate a great platform for growth.

Things you’ll be working on

  • Creating test hypotheses, prototyping and running AB tests to find improvements that deliver value to the business

  • Using both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer behaviours and then use that knowledge to deliver value

  • Working on multiple new features simultaneously with the design and development teams, ensuring that they are completed accurately and within tight deadlines

  • Presenting results and feedback to the business

  • Requirements gathering from multiple stakeholders throughout the business

  • Product documentation, reporting and analysis

  • QA testing work on product features and A/B tests

Job requirements

  • Experience in UX and in managing product development projects from inception to delivery

Being a QA tester at Tagvenue means being at a front line of product development and helping thousands of customers to have a flawless user experience. You will be the key person responsible for testing - working together with 3 back-end PHP developers, 1 front-end Javascript developer, awesome product team and have a real impact on our users.

 

This full-time position would be perfect for a candidate looking to develop a career in IT and/or Product management as there is a lot of opportunity for growth when working on various aspects of Tagvenue product.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Test new features and find bugs across multiple devices and browsers

  • Be responsible for the quality of the product features that you deliver

  • Go beyond simple requirements verification and thoroughly test the product

  • Work with product and UX designers to identify and correct defects

  • Report bugs and track the progress of their resolution

  • Learn to use various testing tools in order to automate the execution of test cases; as well as use common web debugging and monitoring tools

  • Proactively reach out for information and be vocal about quality standards and good practices

  • Participate in periodic new feature release activities

  • Update our business teams on new functionality

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-12 months QA experience in a commercial software environment

  • Experience in testing web applications

  • Interest in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

  • Excellent attention to detail and passion for testing online applications

  • Creative thinking to imagine all possible testing scenarios

  • Can-do attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Must be self-motivated and the type of person that likes to manage themselves
