The space was stunning, fully equipped with everything we needed. Very neat and tidy, great air conditioning, newly renovated bathrooms. Plenty of space to add your personal touches to the room. The hosts were so accomodating to us, easily contactable and professional. Easily accessible building for all of our vendors and guests. Highly recommend this space, we received plenty of compliments.
Great location! Fabulous interiors and quite spacious. Very timely communication from Christina, the owner. She was very kind and allowed us to drop off some of our boxes ahead of the event as the venue wasn’t hired the day before ours. Pip the on-site employee that assists hirers is wonderful and super helpful! She went above and beyond when I visited the venue twice to help me understand entry and alarms etc.
I had to clean the mirrors in the lift and bathrooms myself as they weren’t recently cleaned and I had to top up the toilet paper. I can only assume the cleaners hadn’t been in just before our hire start. The fridge provided for hirers to use is quite small and inadequate given the size and capacity of the venue. Our biggest issue however was that the lift wasn’t working without the key fob and so we had vendors and guests with prams resorting to using the stairs. This one issue created a lot of stress and chaos on the day for us which was a shame as the venue is stunning and we were really happy with everything else. I did advise Christina and she’s looking into it so hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future.
