Gallery hire includes 100m² of interconnected spaces suitable for small pop-ups, exhibitions, launches, photo shoots, showrooms, workshops and other creative events.

Single day events (includes full day and evening until 8.30pm) $800 inc GST. Exhibitions and longer events are $1600 per week inc GST.

Note: Gallery space is open plan and we have a number of trusted tenants who need to access their studios via the front door, so the gallery areas are suitable for semi-public or public events.

Hosts are required to adhere to the current NSW covid requirements (may include dancing, singing, density limits and masks). You will be liable for any fines that may arise.
No sales of alcohol, or alcohol included in the sale of tickets (we do not have a liquor license)
Event openings must finish by 8.30pm due to residential neighbours
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Home to a community of Australian artists and designers, the ground floor area of this former factory is available for short-term hire for events, exhibitions or workshops. Conveniently located near Sydney's Oxford St, the Studios are within walking distance to public transport, creative institutions, shops and local fashion.
