Standard 30 day
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

A cakeage fee will be charged for desserts and cakes not provided by The Stone Hotel. The cakeage fee will depend
on the size of the cake or dessert.

No food or drink is permitted onto the premises.
Special Orders - any non-stock items requested for your function/event must be paid for in advance.
